Not at all. Silent Garden is a mindfulness network that welcomes people of all backgrounds. No belief, label, or experience is required to participate. Whether you already have a practice or are simply curious about mindfulness, you're welcome here.
A mindfulness network is a community of people who support each other in developing awareness and presence. We gather for meditation and reflection through modern digital platforms. Our network connects people worldwide, offering flexibility to practice together regardless of location or schedule.
We offer peer-led mindfulness sits, reflections on awareness and compassion, and community discussion. Our focus is on cultivating present-moment awareness and kindness in everyday life. Gatherings range from silent sitting to shared prompts and informal conversation.
Joining is simple. Click any 'Join Discord' button to receive an invite to our digital community. Discord is free and works in your browser or as an app. Once inside, you'll find voice channels for live meditation, text channels for ongoing conversation, and a calendar of upcoming events.
No problem. Our mindfulness network is designed for flexibility. Text channels remain active 24/7 for reflection and discussion, and shared notes or recordings are available when the community posts them. Many members participate primarily through written conversation.
